Who we Are - Group Power

Group Power Consulting Engineers ( GPCE) was formed by engineers with exhaustive exposure to energy generation, plant automation, EPC and management . It was the effort of concurring group of engineers with the vision of forming a platform to implement the ideas and lessons learnt during their individual careers.

Started as a purely control system manufacturing and consulting company, GPCE ventured into medium and low voltage systems, SCADA systems, pipeline and industrial plant field instrumentation and automation, marine automation, project management, EPC for power/process plants, EPC for relocation and upgradation of used power and process plants. Substations and load dispatch systems supplied as a part of our EPC in Africa are well integrated to the local electricity grids and Industries.

GPCE has successfully delivered 308 projects in various verticals till date since inception. GPCE has also successfully mobilized or relocated 220MWe of power plants throughout Asia and Africa.

Started as the Engineering consulting group

2011

GPCE commenced the protection relay , control system design & manufacturing in the Year 2011 followed by Low voltage system manufacturing in end 2011.

2012

Year 2012 GPCE started variable speed drive panels and supply of associated motors.

2013

In Year 2013 in house SCADA applications development commenced with turn-key electrical works such as power plant electrification , Medium and high voltage motor centres, process control panels .

Also in 2013 GPCE started the bench mark EPC projects in reconditioning and relocation of power and process plant.

2014

GPCE moved to its own location, invested factory infrastructure facility, industrial park baikampady.

GPCE successfully commissioned and handed the first ever over 12MWe relocated power plant along with 20Kv substation at Africa.

2015

GPCE successfully dismantled and mobilized 81MWe existing power plant along with structures, building and boilers from India to Africa.
